Past Halloween Costumes

Doc Ock:

Arms: Aluminum dryer tubing
Pincers: foam rubber cut, painted, sculpted
Left arm: puppet, made of same materials. Great for suddenly snapping at people!

Entire structure is a harness, easily removable and attaches to body with a single latch (cuz, good luck driving to the party while wearing that thing!)

Poles: Lightweight PVC pipe
Wheel: From old roller skate
Ribs: Rolled-up index cards, frayed at ends with scissors, dipped in glue (to stiffen); once dry, attached to frame
Gore: Balled-up paper towels (organs) and cotton balls (tendons & assorted ripped flesh) coated with liquid latex
Blood: Red and black acryllic paint—the only way to do blood!
